Just as I put up my surrender flag on one pile another one returns. It is if this endless mass of papers can not be stopped! Horror movies may come to an end but papers can grow when and where you least expect them as they will continue to grow even after you’ve moved to an entirely new place. Piles we can live without but will be there even after all our white flags have been exhausted.
Today marks the anniversary of one year of “NOTHING” except millions upon millions of wasted monies. For even those most committed to the “Hate Trump” movement have to admit that nothing really profound has come out of 365 days of investigation except that millions of your hard earned monies have been burned away. Imagine Trump Haters if we used those monies to insure that poor defendants could afford a proper defense, retrain prison immates so they have to job to return to when release, help to build more drug treatment facilities or any other of your “good hearted” liberal causes instead of funding Mr. Mueller’s suits and airplane expenses. Maybe after a year we all can celebrate one thing that the time of unlimited special prosecutors with monies to be burned should come to an end.
Aaron Schlossberg Esquire lost it and said some really stupid things that is obvious but what isn’t is what occurred before he had this obnoxious tirade. Is it possible that his work day was pulling at his sanity or his personal life was going in the wrong direction maybe evne that this restaurant’s service was less then adequate? The point is can we say something stupid now a days and not have this one .55 second episode of words destroy an entire life’s work? I ask all those who have passed the stones to see whether a stone might have been lifted in their direction when the camera wasn’t looking. Maybe then we can say it’s okay to have a stupid moment and just move on.
Forget yanny or laurel for it’s obviously laurel now let’s discuss something more serious Chris or Bruce. I dare you to say Bruce with a NY accent and speed to someone not from this zipcode because they will automatically hear Chris. While Yanny or Laurel has something to do with computer speak this Bruce and Chris is totally human and confusing for so many. Which begs the question how many other words are we not hearing from each other or hearing them wrong? This is why we need the repeat button and even spell check to make sure what we heard is what we were supposed to hear in the first place. For it is not enough to listen but make sure our ears are not hearing things as well.
The “GREATEST” or great in many areas? Are you known as an expert in one field that only grows over time or have you spread those pieces of yourself in many different realms? Those that are the greatest in one field are known by those who follow such a field and sometimes even those who look in that area but over time others might step over that expertise. Yet those who are great in many fields touch many life’s in all different ways. These individuals become smaller puzzle pieces that when linked together might just become a bigger picture then the GREATEST at a later time period. Maybe it’s my lack of greater focus or just interest in so many aspects that have lead me to the path of the later. G-D willing my pieces won’t be so scattered that the image of Bud Rebel fades faster then those of GREATEST but if it does well at least I was there in many worlds for the moment(s).
Is this the latest trailer (below) that will trap you into a movie theater. Only showing you scenes that glue your eye’s and ears to the screen enough to purchase the tickets. Never revealing the scences that might just pull you away enough to wait till it gets on Redbox or dare I say Netflix? Only your viewing will know but for now you are totally sucked in with the best cheese in years.

Take me to a place I never saw coming and keep me there with characters that entice me as they portray a different if not darker side of me. Movies such as the Fight Club, 12 Monkeys and Six Sense are just a few that have been added to my collective soul as well as a whole collection I have found on NetFlix. The latest if not greatest (for now) is 3 % which takes me to THERE !? so many times that I feel I can’t afford to stop watching. Yes, I have written a piece on this show in a previous blog but it’s worth mentioning again and again because it stops being that show which is again and again. You never see “IT” coming and when it does with such complex characters throughout you truly care why as well as what is next. Netflix continues to have shows that have done this too me including Stranger Things, The Dark, House of Cards or Fauda and now 3 % added to my addiction. Take me to the place and life will never be the same at least until a new show/movie arrives.
This is not how I actually look but this is how I often feel like an alien in a person’s body. For while others are expressing their emotions immediately I hold back as if I’m waiting for the invasion to occur. Day after day I keep working as if my life depended on it by them discovering what my true identity is. My mind keeps thinking as if I had an alternate brain on a different planet. Come to think of it maybe I am an alien in a human body.
FOOTNOTE- When I was a child I often pretended this was true because I had a special bump in the back of the ear that I felt other life could communicate me if they wanted. What if it was really true?
If you never saw lightning and it was put in a film you would say that it was the worst CGI effect you’ve ever seen. I’m sure the director would shout “Cut! What the hell is that supposed to be the audience isn’t going to believe it. Give me a break that is so fake!” Yet when one is struck by this fake effect it feels awfully real and the sound effects afterwards make a believer out of anyone. So the next time you see a movie with poor CGI think of the night sky and maybe you will believe again.
There is something about a still picture that a whole movie can’t tell. It’s that one image which stays with you way after any credits have been read. Even as technology moves us further into video formats the photograph holds us together longer. Just as one reads a book and makes an image in their head a picture tells a story only we can unravel. It captures a moment in time that allows the viewer to make their own history instead of having it being told to them. Pictures continue to shine years after they have been taken because our minds allow them to be bent in any direction we want. We can be told or we can tell by the pictures that remain.
