I am a “Zoo Baby” for  I still get excited about going to the zoo as if I was a baby but you don’t have to change my diapers…. at least for now. I still get a kick out of seeing my other animal friends even if I have to climb over strollers to get a peak.   For some reason many other homo sapiens believe you must have some young homo sapien along for the ride to enjoy or animal brothers and sisters (according to Darwin) so if you need such a child I’ll be ready to act.   I’ll play the part of being amazed at all the colors and sizes of all our animal friends for I still am.  Warning though the strollers don’t fit my derriere.

DEEPEST QUESTION OF THIS MINUTE

I will need your full brain muscle for this question or you can borrow your friends.  If a glass of Sangria cost you $9 and a pitcher of Sangria cost you $18.00 which do you choose when only 2 are at the table? I think you might know my decision after this post but I’m not sure I won’t regret this decision in the morning.  Of course for the moment the pitcher was the right decision even if I had to drink 2, 3, 4, 5 glasses etc to make sure I got my $’s worth.  Wait if I just had 3 glasses it would have worked out but I’m too drunk to figure out this math equation.

Houston will actually see the fruit of hard working labor on this Labor Day unlike the rest of the country. For thousands of hard working individuals with various skills and walks of life will volunteer to work to rebuild this great city while the rest of us observe it in the sun.  They will show us the value of hard work and what can truly be accomplished when we all work for the general good instead of divide among groups.  This Labor Day Houston and the other areas hit by Hurricane Harvey should continue to be in focus as we look to appreciate all the individuals that truly make this country great again.

I have no reason to share this song with YOU except that I was in the mood for it.  .  If for some reason you’re dealing with this situation maybe you won’t feel so alone as well.

Cindy was going to be a big star on Broadway yet they yell her name for a whole different purpose.  Mike just needs a bit more jump in his step to get the big deal which will truly make him high. Brett & Nicole have called it quits so many times (at least in their heads) and know they should be moving on but those few moments of happiness pull them back together.  Many are dependent on their emotional highs as they become their fix even though they only last for just a moment. It’s wrong and they know it but they just can’t stop this bad habit.  Until we are able to fill that emotional longing in a more positive direction that void will be filled with a light that will only get darker over time.  Simple enjoyment may not be as exciting as the ups and downs of our insane escapes but they can be the fix that our life’s really need.

If you are good looking you’re already treated as if you are a star even if you never get on stage. Many people are intimidated to start up a conversation with you and stare at you as if you walked the red carpet.  You may not get the fame of flashing lights but average people will treat you as if those lights continue to shine on you.  Yet just as a star’s image can change in a moment you might fade as well with a pimple or a bad hair day.  It’s not easy being a star or beautiful but many of us would love to have a day or two in their shoes.

I have contacted a legal consultant concerning actually buying a bridge.  This bridge is currently scheduled to be taken down by the government costing the taxpayers $$$$$$$$ in return so why not make an offer to buy it instead. Maybe this bridge isn’t able to handle standard automobile traffic after all these years but surely it can be used for walkers, bicycle riders and local stores/restaurants to have a “better view”.  Plus this bridge could also host different entertainment venues on it.   It’s an insane thought but would you like to buy a bridge as well?

FOOTNOTE – After Hurricane Harvey and the threats we face from aboard wouldn’t we all feel a great deal safer knowing there is an alternate route for emergency personal to reach those in trouble.
