If you can’t decide between a dog or cat maybe the future “Dogcat” will do. This breed will combine the greatest aspects of both species and put it in one. As a dog lover I would definitely favor aspects of a dog but there are certain cat features I would accept with this breed.  Here are just a few (below).

(1) LITTER BOX– Much easier then having to take Spot for a walk especially during the winter months and with the new enhanced features it would be much smaller and easier.

(2) MEOW ADDED– After barking for a certain amount of time the Meowing would come in.

(3) MOUSE CATCHER– You wouldn’t have to worry about those nasty traps but the dog aspect would take care of this matter ASAP instead of letting Mickey suffer.

(4) PURR- When you rub this belly a beautiful Purr will occur

FOOTNOTE – Don’t worry  I’m not trading you in soon even with the extra’s, dogs still rule.

There are events in one’s life that changes the path they were walking. Of course the most common are marriage, children and sickness which have had their mark in my life yet here are a few extra (below) to add to this list. You’ll notice that I have tried to take some of the more difficult occurrences and learn from them but to be honest some have left a permanent stain as well. FOOTNOTE- I’m sure this list will expand over time.

(1) BE ORGANIZED- After my 6th grade teacher (maybe earlier) dumped my desk in front of the my entire class my humiliation forced me to be more organized.

(2) NOT TO HATE- The heat of seeking revenge on Tom Steven’s after he falsely accused me of a crime led me down the path to different path where I could detest what someone did but still have humanity for that same person.

(3) PRECIOUS LIFE-When my aunt suddenly died in a car crash I learned that life could end in a moment and that one should live as if it might be their last day(s).

(4) SABBATH OBSERVANCE- My faith was sealed when my mother said words that I never expected to hear after asking for a divine sign.

(5) MOMENT OF SELF CONFIDENCE- The premiere of ASU were we donated monies to Cancer Care proved I could do more then I ever expected.

Dear Friend ……

I will never forsake our friendship due to a change in your faith or lack thereof,  clothes style/not, position in life or political viewpoint as long as you won’t reject me.  You can vote anyway you like and our friendship will be just as strong although our political discussion might come to end quicker.  I feel a friendship should be about having a good time with a fellow human being that can empathize with our good and bad times not whether one fits some profile. Of course if you feel differently you probably won’t even read this letter which is sad too me, for a good friend no matter what the stripe is hard to come by.  May G-D bless you either way.

MAD (Mutual Assured Destruction) is the only way to deal with the evil leader of North Korea. Unless Kim Jong Un is suicidal he will soon realize he can’t compete with the weapons we can easily place all around his tiny country (ex Japan and South Korea) . Furthermore we can place defensive systems in such countries to counter any offense he might consider. Although many say he is mad I believe he is politically smart and will release his country can’t compete economically or militarily with the U.S if it goes into full force defensive nature.  Kim Jong Un may bluster all he wants but when he sees we’re serious with MAD then he will have to come to the negotiations table with “good intentions” or see his country tumble further into economic, political and military isolation.

As we celebrate July 4th with BBQ’s and beer it’s best to find a deeper meaning in this day off. Where 56 individuals risked their life and those of their loved ones to sign a document declaring their countries independence from the greatest military force of the time, Great Britain. These individuals were mostly men of means who could have easily ignored the plight of their fellow countryman as they lived their live of luxury but decided to make a bold statement for basic freedom. They were charting uncharted territory with a bold experiment in which individual rights were not given by the state but by the one creator and couldn’t be taken away. Was their some prophetic vision that took them to this vision;  it appears not just a desire to make their land better even at the cost of losing it all. How many of us would make such a serious sacrifice from our comforts if the freedom of our countrymen and woman were in jeopardy today?. Happy July 4th to all.

G-D willing Mary Menounos will have quick and complete recovery from the brain tumor that has taken her away from the position she loves and at the same help us learn why their appears to be a rapid increase in brain tumor rates.  We must of course look at genetic factors but could the instruments we use to ease our life also cause many to make it much more difficult and painful?   The public response to health issues appears to increase when those who are famous are suffering (ex  Rock Hudson) therefore maybe Mrs. Menounos plight will serve some greater good as we pray that she quickly recovers. Whether it be the use of cell phones partially connected to our body or our round the clock use of computers  could these help trigger such a poisonous response from our own body?   These are the questions that should be thoroughly vetted as our bodies and lives continue to become more and more intertwined with technology.   Whether we determine that this is factor or not I know an extra walk in the park can’t hurt.
