G-D speaks to Abraham to sacrifice his beloved son but an Angel tells him to stop! Who is this Angel to speak for G-D and why did Abraham listen and obey? First of all I’m grateful for Abraham’s decision otherwise someone else might be writing this blog if it existed at all. The point is sometimes the most significant words can come from voices we never would have expected and if we aren’t willing to truly listen we might ignore a divine message meant for us. G-D doesn’t worry about getting all the credit at the moment but instead making sure we are open to the brilliance of those around us even those who we never heard before.
