Lonely Sickness

  Sickness can be a very lonely experience because no matter how someone tries to emphasize on  how you feel they truly can not, unless they are going through your exact experience. Tonight as I went to a family gathering one of my favorite activities was slowly closing on me … talking.  It became such a burden to me that I stopped trying and it made me feel sad and even a bit lonely in a crowded room. I guess it might feel the same for a blind person going to a movie theater or a diabetic going to a candy store with friends. In life it is said you must bear the burdens that come up or allow those burdens to take over your life but a saying can be more difficult to accept when it occurs to you.
