We can’t remove it at this point so I need you to keep your mind off of it. For, every time you think about it the being grows within. Yes, every once in awhile you have to wash off the area but keep it short and sweet.  If you follow this pattern over time it’s tentacles will be weakened and we will be able to slice it out of your life. Yet until said period keep your time around it limited as it is toxic but will only grow if you let it.

FOOTNOTE- Toxicity comes in all forms yet this formula remains the same.

There is water and then there is MW for your morning routine. “MW” will be the one one drinks to make sure everything inside is ready to go just as the Rooster is crowing in your ear. It will provide you with all the nutrients, electrolytes and maybe a bit of caffeine so you don’t have to pull yourself out of bed but push yourself in a bright new direction.  For mornings can be tough but with MW you’ll be the one ready for the fight.

FOOTNOTE-  Evening and afternoon versions will be G-D willing made as well.

Am I adding or deleting? Do all my food, exercise, prayer, attitude or stress make my clock expand or contract? Is there a point where expanding the clock requires so many others to turn it that maybe it’s worth just letting this time run out? What happens if I denied myself that cookie and was struck by car instead was it worth it?  Life has so many questions and no easy answers just the balancing between existing and living that will decide how our clock is run.

I’m going to write one of the most difficult scripts of my life “October 7th” because I feel the story must be told. I will attempt to write it from various viewpoints to fully grasp how such hate could have been perpetrated the resulting action and the various mistakes along the way. Since this is such a complex undertaking I believe in the end it will be a series and take many other talents to get involved before a script of this caliber is completed. Yet, someone has to start the pen moving and I guess it will be me.

This is your “story”  which travel around your world over and over again. Yes, it’s the gossip which quickly becomes rumination till you can’t wait for the next press conference.  It’s hopefully just the news of the hour but can become one of the day(s) until another headline or some remedy.   Beware “YBN” will becoming across your desk soon and there is no where to hide.

Was I the only one who totally missed the Oscars this year. I did catch a few moments here or there but honestly didn’t even know they were on until this screen was near the credits.  This is a big deal as a film-maker and a lover of the arts but I believe the selection fit with the times and has gotten a whole lot smaller. I love a good movie as much as I did in the past it’s just convenience has made it a whole less exciting experience to be “there”. The Oscars has had it’s time and maybe that is a watch I wore in the past.

If it appears that everything is old is new again you must have been listening to some of “Bruno Mars” new songs. These songs hit a 70’s vibe that feels like you went in a DeLorean and it’s an awesome time travel!! From the dance moves and lightning to the background instrumentals “Bruno Mars” keeps the “records” playing. This is a phase I see in many a pop song and it’s just “Cool” or should I say “Groovy” again.

It is just a drop but now it is amplified as if it was a concert. Suddenly, everything around M-E is so peaceful except for I-T! Why can’t I just ignore it instead of drill my head?!!  Like the tell tale I wonder if it’s my subconscious not allowing me to rest.  Having everything Y-O-U want only makes the world around one to become so much louder and point out things you never would have noticed if there was a bit more noise.

The Mud is fading and now the SCARY part begins! For, suddenly I can see the scars hidden below. These are the ones that I wouldn’t have noticed since I hid them away when the dirt around was too thick and I just wanted to survive Now, I have to look at them in my own mirror and what I see is something I tried desperately to cover up with any escape I could fine. Mud sucks when it’s on ones face but what is hidden below can be even worse.

I left my remnants in a spot you will always find them. See I knew time was limited so I wasn’t going to throw you away before I left a mark.  You can try to scrub me out of your life but I believe at least a small part of M-E is permanent You should have struck when I was hot now I’ve written a path you can’t get rid of.
