G-D I pray you keep the book open for me, those in my tribe that are reading in their own way and all those of the world who read even if it’s a different chapter. For my own book I know their are section you might have expected me to master by know  and one’s I might have even skipped but I plead with you to keep me reading. This is the year I pray you’ll allow me to write a whole new chapter that will truly make a difference in the world around me and maybe even in others books that have not been read in a while.  G-D we all need your grace so this Yom Kippur may less books be closed then ever before as Moshiach opens us all to your ultimate reading and redemption.

When it is done a certain sadness starts to cloud my horizon. Yes, for a moment I’m happy to look/listen at it but it’s just a moment.   Looking back at what came before gives me a reflection on what must come next not looking at it on the wall. Watching the process actual come together is the music not listening to others play it afterwards. For, I  am an artist and will use whatever tools I can afford to create till my last dying day or suffer the consequences of creative blues.

Through the wars, hurricanes and economic insecurity it sometimes feels like the closing days but the Mets have us believing again. They started out in an unusual slump which led them to just barely making the playoffs and are now on fire!!!  G-D willing they will bring it home for the World Series but even if it stopped now the Mets have brought us the great escape and made us belief anything is truly possible again.  May G-D bless this great escape and may it forecast victories in the struggles the nation and world are going through now.

In the worst of times honestly it’s get too get a little laugh. The devastation that Hurricane Milton has brought can’t be overstated to those that are suffering from it’s aftermath but watching Robert Ray report on the storm had to make you laugh a bit. For, here was there correspondent in a comfortable cool office handing the mic over to soaked and winded Ray who attempted to not only keep it together but himself as well. If it was a comedy routine you have to admit you’d be laughing and this is real life. Do you think Robert Ray has hurricane insurance or is in it for that twisted feeling we all have to some degree of saying “I survived” all I can say it was damn funny to watch.

FOOTNOTE-  Please not I’m not making light of all those that suffered through this horrible storm just those that dared to cover it. May G-D bless all those impacted by Hurricane Milton and dry off Robert Ray.

Your reaction to a scratch is a broken leg. For, your reactions are if you were put in a cast when a band aid is the worst you’ll need. Is everything a catastrophe in your mind or are you constantly waiting for the wolf?  Shit will happen but it literally isn’t in your shoes just in your mind.

If you’re family plan isn’t acting like a family then maybe it’s time PCA. This “App” will shut off your loved one’s phone if they don’t respond to your calls after your prescribed time and then only receive calls from you until they do. Your family may not spend as much together as you like but with PCA they will take your calls or else.

If you’re into putting money where you’re politics are Kalshi is the APP for Y-O-U.  Sports bets are all fun but even if your favorite team wins it all how does that truly effect life around you and society as a whole?  That is why I’m putting my money where my politics are and betting all red this year.  I want the country and world to be great again and G-D forbid these picks don’t work out well let’s just this will be the least of our worries. Of course not every bet is critical such as whether Kamela or Trump will win the popular vote vs electoral college vote (didn’t bet on this) but some are crucial to the outcome such as who will Pennsylvania so bet with your heart and head. There are also insignificant bets like when the  Tesla Roadsters will be delivered or the review of The Witcher Season 4 which makes this app fun as well.     Kalshi gives you a variety of bets you won’t find anywhere else and some truly might just make a difference in your wallet and the country you live in.

Just another day, not exactly. For, as I drove to work I noticed the self driving cars around me but know one was inside. I went to get my coffee from the automated take out dispenser yet there was no line in front or behind me.   My cubicle in the corner was empty as usual but nobody else pressed the elevator up or down. Things appeared to continue to run but I was the only human running or even walking.  Then it dawned on me that my secure bunker lived up to it’s guarantee yet only securing things for M-E!

Math doesn’t always add up and that is great for my NY Mets at least last night. For Zack Wheeler had our number but his pitch count was too high for their manager’s calculus which set up a win for my beloved team. For, once he left the game the Mets came alive with a romp in the 8th inning. Math can be right but all wrong and let’s hope that the Phillies continue on this streak.

Even the incredible talented Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga couldn’t save the “Joker: Folie A Deux from this mish mash of a movie. Don’t get me wrong their are many brilliant scenes and incredible musical numbers but the combination into a film didn’t sit well with me.  Plus an ending that could have ended so much earlier got me wondering “why”? Why waste these incredible talents and moments with such a “blah”?
