The shooting in Minneapolis was a tragedy. Anytime a person is killed  except in the most extreme circumstances of pure self defense by a law enforcement agency it is such. Here (below) are other points to consider.

(1) One must comply with orders from a law enforcement agency if they believe they are wrong.

(2) Officers should not put themselves in a risky position which could result in an unfortunate incident whenever possible. Therefore the ICE official should probably not have been in front of the car during the confrontation.

(3) Mental health professionals should be part of a team when there appears to be an episode that could “explode”

(4) People shouldn’t  continually harass law enforcement officials without expecting there to be consequences. They might be professional but they are also human.

(5) Law Enforcement officials who have had a traumatic event occur should receive counseling and needed time before they are put in a risky situation.

You’re exhausted but you want to see “how it ends” what to do? Turn on “Last 5” the App that allows you to get your shut eye without missing the action.  This app will set an alarm for the “Last 5” minutes of your favorite sports event, show etc so you can watch it in real time without falling asleep in-between.  It will have AI technology to make sure that time doesn’t change even if commercials run a bit too long.  With “Last 5”  you can feel like you were there without feeling you shouldn’t have the day after.

The biggest problem with time travel is nobody understands M-E when I get there. Yes, they all speak my language but the accents, jargon, phrases they just don’t stay the same over time. A simple cup of coffee today is the ‘devil’s drink” in the 1700’s so I wouldn’t be bringing that up especially if you’re trying to fit in. The accents are all F’d up and words like “bad” might be good today but definitely not in the past.   In other words we’ve developed the technology to get us there but not the ability to actually communicate with language that is.

Being responsible sorta sucks at least in the short term. So much of the fun happens way after I leave. Doing the work that others don’t makes me busy while others are snoozing. The one that is responsible often doesn’t get credit for being so responsible but instead get an extra pile of responsibilities. Yet in the end it pays for itself as things get done under your watch while others have to wait to see it occur. I just wish the time period was shorter.

“Break The Silence” by Sleep Theory definitely achieves that goal with a song that is so powerful it will make sure you stay away better then a double expresso.  The lyrics, rap, musical undertone are powerful enough but the video puts it over the top.

FOOTNOTE- Warning not for those with insomnia.

You decide to  check in after the explosion but walk/talk gently because there are still mines that have not been discovered. In other words just because you got away from the  initial explosion doesn’t mean that it’s safe for your body or mind to walk in that direction. It will take a real expert to navigate and even they can get hurt with such an impact. Therefore stay away from the disaster area until you’re sure it’s truly safe to land.

With “Comedy You Decide” you will decide whether an act or sketch goes any further. The audience will vote in 30 second integrals and once the number is less then 50 % in favor a new act or sketch must be performed. That’s right you will actually decide what is “funny” and what needs  tomatoes (not literally).  Democracy finally hits comedy with “Comedy You Decide” and laughter will never be the same.

We lost the battle as logic beats emotion in who truly controls the world. A boxer knows they have to be steady to win the round but we as a society gave into the “emotions”.  AI’s  logical plan was put in place and allowed for movements to quickly occur based on facts not emotions on the ground. That is unless they could use our own emotions to create dissent, hate and chaos.  There plan caused us to fight among ourselves as they build an infrastructure that couldn’t be beat. AI wins as facts can hurt one more then emotions.

FOOTNOTE- Could this Dystopia occur or what is our battle plan to stop it? 

The truth is I generally eat healthy but it doesn’t matter you’re the one killing M-E. For, the constant stress between us is worse then a Big Mac and a carton of Marlboro’s on the side. I can go to the gym 23/7 but your hour is lessoning my life everyday. My sleep is always full of the emotions I have kept inside afraid to start another war with Y-O-U but it’s causing me more heartburn the extra fried french fries.  On the Pyramid table I know you shouldn’t be on the list as your eating away my lifespan. In the end it’s not always what you eat but what truly eats Y-O-U

I’m counting the minutes until this session is over and  I can be normal again. Feeling their pain is such BS when people have real problems like even affording one session not one every other day.  Yes, I’ll support their “needs” as I try to point them in the right direction but too often they take a detour.  This one individual literally creates the problems and wants everyone else to solve it.  The mirror is always pointed out  while most of their problems are right in front of them.  Thank G-D it’s only for one hour. I wonder how the rest of their world deals with the other 23.   Being a therapist is easy being their loved, liked one or one they don’t hate must be nearly impossible.
