Bringing down the cost of housing requires a comprehensive plan that addresses the exponential increase without hurting current homeowners. Here (below) is such a list.

Prefab Housing– Increased production of prefabricated housing will enable houses to be built at a lower cost to consumers.

National Land & Indian Reserves- Allowing housing to occur in small sections where it is currently prohibited will allow a greater supply, which will cause prices to decrease over time. Of course, the use of housing in tribal areas will have to be approved by the native american community living there, and additional revenue and jobs should be strong incentives.

50 Year Mortgages with early payouts — This will definitely lower monthly mortgage payments, while early payouts without penalties can ensure it doesn’t last too long for such individuals.

Conversion-  Permitting and/or pushing empty commercial property to be utilized for partial or complete residential housing will allow supply to increase.

Less Red Tape/Regulation – Safety is our first concern, but unnecessary regulations and red tape have increased property development costs and must be eliminated.

Senior Living Development- Having more options for seniors will make it easier for them to move out of larger houses that have outlived them into a more comfortable, social atmosphere instead.

If you believe you’re 4 legged friend could open a book and learn something then a DL will be your weekly take. The DL will provide a simple lesson for your dog to learn and show you various takes on achieving and reinforcing this goal. It will break up these lessons in a step by step approach and have a coach available if things don’t exactly follow the “outline”.  DL will also have these lessons primed to a dogs level of achievement and/or intelligence.  DL for your best friend doesn’t just want a bone but a way to learn it as well.

Though Y-O-U say it’s right in front of M-E I can’t see it. For, I’m blinded by rental space in my head.  The sound, sight, feel, taste and touch are just bland as the pain overwhelms all the other senses. It’s not the physical but the ones controlled by the “neurons” which keep my sight so limited. I could eat a Peter Luger Steak, look at the Grand Canyon, Hear a concert with the Beatles and touch the softest fiber but never absorb anything except what travels in my head. As mental health doesn’t just effect the mind but what the body perceives as well.

Dear Mr. President:

As I approach my 60th birthday on 1/20/26 it would be the ultimate birthday gift if you could invite me and a few of my family/colleagues join you at the White House. Please note I ask this honor not only as a birthday gift but to discuss the following with you and your team.

(1) Trump The Musical Podcast– I’m in Pre- Production of your “Rocky” story and really could use your input in developing it.

(2) Making Mental Health Great Again-  I have many a loved one who is either suffering from an illness or is caught in a system where their loved one continues to spiral without much hope in sight. I would love to share with you some ideas on how we can help those individuals and their families. As you know not dealing with this issue head one is why there is a crime and drug epidemic that has occurred in our land.

(3) Helping Housing and the keeping the midterms in our column-  I have some innovative capitalist ideas on how we can work to lower costs to the American people and show we are the party that truly cares about making this country affordable to all.

“For I Am Death”by  Pretty Reckless is a song that has a deeper depth then I originally discovered.  It is a song that captured my heart and soul through it’s pain, lyrics and transitions.  Yet a deeper dive has found me exploring a more profound version of what I initially thought. Please listen and let me know what you hear the first time and the time afterwards.

What a complete waste of time, resources and responsibility! The government shut down has accomplished nothing just proved how inept our “representatives” are. Well, it also proved we can do without most services of the “federal government” and manage just fine.  The Democrats could have accomplished the exact same goal by just emphasizing “health care” costs in the next election without proving their ineptness. G-D willing the American people will realize in 2026 what a complete waste of time this shutdown was and have those voting for it seeking new jobs where they’d actually have to work.

A little secret for Y-O-U,  my content can only go so far if there isn’t a campaign to market it. I could have A list celebrities on my podcast but it would literally be a tree in the woods if somehow we didn’t expose it with targeted ads. My products would barely make it to a shelf if the talent of sales and influencers wasn’t involved. Events and concerts would be as quiet as a library if the exposure wasn’t loud in advance.  These blog ideas hit few because we haven’t produced articles to publish it. Therefore when creating your content make sure you don’t spend all your monies creating unless you want to be the only buying/watching it.

Don’t you understand  If I could I would but my mirror is cracked in so many places!!!! You assume I can just “get over it” yet you have no idea of the pain inside. It’s not that I want to live in this mirror I just can’t find a way out as other images are blurred away. I wouldn’t want you to walk a toe in my direction because sometimes it feels as if I was literally being stabbed in the back and then amplified by your negative comments. G-D willing someday I will get back to “normal” until then please understand that this is not where I want to be I’m just completely shattered inside.

FOOTNOTE-  It’s nearly impossible for many to understand the plight of a loved one who is suffering from mental health conditions all we can do is try.

Does this one word change your action to “yes”?  Are you one that acts trying to make all people happy or have you tried the two letter word to stop them?  How about if please comes from a higher authority would you make that ultimate sacrifice or would you wait to be swallowed up?  Please, caused Abraham to quickly follow even if it would destroy his legacy and thank G-D it was just a test of the word itself. Therefore please might be a call to action or one that tests whether you would truly do so if just asked nicely.

They are the ones that nobody knows but make sure we can walk in the night. These are the people who work when we go to sleep to protect our roads and neighborhoods without any fanfare along the way. They clean up the mess we often leave behind without us even knowing their names. These are the type of individuals who fight the battles during our forty winks. So, rest assured they are out there and if somehow you get a glimpse please make sure you thank them for all their hidden heroic works.
