G-D commands that if there is no male heir to an estate, it goes to the woman even if not “listed”. This is groundbreaking in “customary religious order” as it’s loud, clear, and direct with no real room for discussion afterwards. G-D is the great feminist that commands justice for all, fighting in all our rings even if nobody else has our gloves.
