Is it the food that makes the man/woman or is it the person? In other words are those that seek healthy alternates healthy because of such moves or are they healthy because of the search? Does looking at labels like Organic, Cage Free, 95 % Alkaline truly make the difference in one’s health or are such people who look the one’s that are generally healthy people? Maybe it’s a combination of both for those that are concerned with what they put in will also be the types that truly have the greatest output even if if there is a teaspoon of sugar on it….once in awhile.
