We were united until the enemy was gone. Now we’re bitter rivals fighting over every inch of power and seeing division wherever we look. Things that we overlooked in each other when our defenses were as one are now front and center. Now I can’t get them out of my mind as I’m sure there stuck in yours as well. Yet while our division seeks to the point of civil war I worry that our defenses against what was our common enemy have become weakened. Today is October 6th.
