There should be a set of ethics and/or gym courtesy that permeates the world of sweat. Here are few of the rules (below) I would add to the list.
(1) 1 Minute Rule– When working on machines you have one minute in-between to relax, text or dilly dolly before allowing another individual to utilize the equipment.
(2) Sweat Towel- Individuals who permeate the air and/or equipment with much of their own liquid should have a towel to keep them and the environment a bit cleaner. A deodorant stick in advance could also be beneficial.
(3) Hello- Working out doesn’t stop an individual from general warmness to others but others shouldn’t expect a deep conversation. 5 minute rule might apply here before hitting the machines
(4) Spotting- When asked one should warmly accept and due their best to make sure that the person their spotting is putting in 99 % of the effort.
