Am I losing it or are others just be delusional. For, who is to determine whether one’s mind is well or not and why should I trust what they are saying as sickness, might be in their mirror instead right? I guess logic should determine these factors and here’s (below) some factors I should consider.
(1) Mental Tests– Are there tests that can check my cognitive and mental apathy which have no bias in determining the results? Maybe I can “honestly” fill out a questionnaire or play games on Lumosity to see what the results bring?
(2) Time – Can I determine how much time I spend fixated on thoughts that are way out of my control and how it effects my daily calendar? Is the time spent dwelling or sleeping growing to a longer period of my day?
(3) Personal Hygiene- Is my mirror looking messier then it “normally” did in the past and am I “too tired, anxious, or apathetic to change it?
(4) Physical Health- Does my smart device show that my sleep patterns, blood pressure and stress level are off the charts?
(5) Overall Assessment- Am I satisfied with my own personal journey or can I really look into my full mirror and see things I want to change even if it’s one blemish at a time.
FOOTNOTE- Maybe this is a list one should share with a loved one who is suffering.
