The future infrastructure/city would be a place where movement was maximized and accidents were a thing of the past. Each vehicle would drive on a track type system where there would be space allowing for entering and leaving the system while outside elements (animals, garbage) etc would be kept out. You would just program your vehicle to the location and it would take you to your stop without human intervention. Your stops would be located right at a parking facility in which you would walk and/or hoverboard to the exact location in a protected environment if you deem to get there. These locations would have all stores and housing within walking distance. The future infrastructure should be around our corner soon.
