3/30/26 The Supreme Court has decided that birthright citizenship is against the constitution but only for those going forward. Therefore those individuals who are claiming birthright citizenships before said date can continue to live in this country with full rights as citizens. The decision states that the original precedent of the law was based on the issue of insuring freedom to previous slaves and should not have been extended thereof.
