Many a time leaders come from the role of sinners rather then saints. The dirt they bring to the game allows them to understand the garbage that is all around them and the best way to cleanse it off. For, often these individuals have been through the wringer and truly know what works and doesn’t. Sinners have gone so much s**t that the understand how easily it is to slip and how difficult it can be to recover. So, when picking from your leadership maybe you should consider one whose record is less then perfect but is instead working on the climb everyday.
