Sometimes a show can take you to a different mindset that changes the way you think about the world. American Primeval did that with the phrase “It’s only pain”. Life is full of pain and if we don’t let it take center stage then it’s easier for us to overcome. It can also be a way to gain more strength as a whole. For example, recently I had a cavity filled and when the dentist said he thought I could handle it without Novocain I decided to put that saying to my mirror. Yes, I can handle it just as the temperature in the shower in getting a bit colder. “It’s only pain” is a saying I think we all can learn from plus “American Primeval” is a great show but that’s a post for another time hopefully without pain.
