It’s time we change the picture for those that suffer through natural disasters with the following actions (below).
(1) BOMB TYPE SHELTERS IN EVERY COMMUNITY- These shelters would be able to withstand all elements and have the basic supplies food, medicine, generators etc that could help a community rebuild after G-D forbid a disaster. They would be in each community across the country and individuals would also receive an incentive to build their own type of support system.
(2) BASIC STRUCTURAL CHANGES- Changes in the basic infrastructure of buildings and houses along hurricane and tornado paths need to be adapted even simple ones like immediate warning systems and solid window type system’s can make the difference between life and death.
(3) ARMY BASIS AND HOUSING UNITS- Individuals in harms way should be taken to army basis and housing units with ample survival needs until their houses/apartments are safe for return
