Things are spinning way out of your control just it’s time to let go and be there. I don’t mean in the turmoil that appears to envelope you but the walls of mindfulness which can take you away. Maybe it means slowing down your breathing where holding your breathe is part of the exercise or drinking that tea with an extra emphasis on the actual taste, the key is just to be there. Many times we can’t control the world around so take a moment and control how it effects Y-O-U. Life can suck but being there can make it a whole lot livable.
