Insanity Around

When one’s immediate world is surrounded by loved ones with mental health issues it’s not all bad. Yes, the roller coaster never ends and many of the dips are ow so painful but there might be a few drops in the cup. Here are few of them (below).

(1) PATIENCE-  A person is forced to learn to be more patience when those around them are a bit less steady.

(2) TACTFUL-  Trying not to walk on eggshells allows an individual to become more tactful with the words they are saying.

(3) INDEPENDENCE- When a loved one’s moods can change like the wind one must be able to act alone.

(4) TRUE FRIENDS-   You can easily judge your friends when they don’t judge you and your loved ones.

(5) PRECIOUS MOMENTS-  Peace and happiness are not as consistent in this type of dysfunction so your good moments are held on even closer.

(6) MENTAL STRENGTH-  Those who can deal with loved ones having episodes develop an inner strength that others couldn’t even understand.

(7) HOPE-  We in this world pray and truly hope for a better day and see drops in a cup as a chance that this will grow into a seed of better health soon.
