It’s not your fault sometimes individuals are just plain “dull”. You can try to polish them with your exuberance but they still lack the will to shine. They are just living 
Eeyore’s life in the black and white of the real world and you won’t get a Tiger reaction no matter if you flew in the air without a plane. Dull is in their blood stream and that’s just they way it is so don’t fret. Simple put you can’t turn coal into gold so just enjoy your own shine instead.
