Oscar the grouch lives but not the green one we’re familiar with but one that is brown and gray all over 
. If you don’t think this animal is a grouch wait till you get to close to the can and it will prove it us. For those that thought a grouch in the garbage can was some type of fable when then they haven’t lived in my world yet. 
They exist and are very grouchy.
