A judge must decide on the facts not their own pre judgements. They must be blind to some one’s physical and dare I say political characteristic but just look at the facts on the table. Facts that should include one’s personal history before and after an accusations and whether an actual timetable exists with date, location, rationale etc. If those don’t exist a person must be found not guilty and presumed as such. A person who is found not guilty should not be subject to any penalty for an unsupportive accusation. I expect to carry such a belief to the Supreme Court and expect that is an intrinsic part of the important work of this committee as well.”
