Imagine if on everyone’s bills there was a fee for being obnoxious or a discount for being nice would the world be a bit kinder? Would those who were the good gal/guy have a bit more in their wallet? Of course those who were obnoxious would protest this fee and since they were this type in the end it would be reimbursed. Yet imagine how great or lousy it would be to know what people thought of you in every bill you paid.
