Ducks eggs are delightfully delicious no matter how someone cracks them. Their Yolk is more nutritious and I’m sure higher in the cholesterol as well but you have to trade the good with the bad. For if taste is your prime concern a Duck Egg will quack you up with flavor that no chicken could peck. So live on the Daffy side and enjoy a Duck Egg for a change. If it isn’t all that it’s cracked up remember you can always scramble it
