Sometimes a loved must “step in it” to learn they will fall. You can try to protect them all your life but until they take that step their ears and body might be closed to your advise. A small fall might teach them that many times those with experience truly know where to walk and where they might fall. Tough love is difficult but many will learn best from the ground looking up then walking through the clouds.
