In a truly free society everyone should have the right to say and express their views without violence, even if what they say is detestable, but how many of us would make exceptions if the violence was on a real hater? Would we really object to seeing a Nazi or KKK member suddenly falling into another’s knuckles? A good punch might do them well after all and knock some sense into them. Of course one punch shouldn’t lead to a full beat down but a little blood on their outfit would cause them to at least take off that vile outfit for an extra day and the world would look a bit brighter then. I guess I shouldn’t be called as a jury on such a case because when it comes to a little assault on a hater I will happen to miss it all the time.
