Saints Among Us

There are saints among us who have given up their basic life dreams and goals to take care of a sick loved one whom the medical community and other “loved one’s” have given up on. They spend hours upon hours of their day insuring that these individuals aren’t forgotten even when these same individuals forget whom they are. Some will take care of those with mental health issues that keep the other individual sedate but rarely ever happy. These tasks might become more difficult as their family members deteriorate right in front of their eyes day by day or even hour upon hour. You might say it’s out of a certain loyalty to a family/friend but without these unsung hero’s we all would have to pay this burden in ways we may never have anticipated.  You’re willingness to give even when those that are receiving may not understand truly makes you saints among us.

He didn’t say Hello

interrogation 2 crime scene 3

You asked me why I did it and I tell you it all started when he didn’t say “HELLO“. No it wasn’t some loved but a person walking through my neighborhood and ignoring my words as if I didn’t exist.  Oh he heard me, for a moment later he had a whole conversation with another neighbor and I assure I wasn’t whispering. Did he think I was unworthy of these simple word because he walked like “the others” while I walked a different path? From that moment on you can say I became a bit paranoid with others appearing to ignore me before I even spoke. Did they think they were better then me as well? All their stare downs it became too much I had to act!  So I’m guilty as charged but charge that asshole with being rude as well. For his snobbery might have lasted a second but caused pain for many lifetimes.

FOOTNOTE- This actually occurred except the crime.
