I believe G-D created rain not only to water some plants but to give us a proper nose wash. For even if you cover up the rest of your extremities your nose is always left in the rain and this is the best time for it to get it’s proper revenge cleaning. You might spend hours cleaning your face but that object in the middle is probably always ignored. Maybe I’m looking up (another area of your nose that needs to be cleaned) but the next time your stuck in the rain and the rest of your body is complaining well at least you know your nose will be grateful and cleaner.
