In my business at least 50% of the jobs are emergencies which I perform without a scalpel and for a hell of lot less then your normal surgeons. See my procedures may not save or end life’s but for my customers it sure feels as such. They need it now or within the hour or their world will come to a crashing end! Yes I know it’s dramatic but trust me I deal with many Queens and Kings as well as their servants who feel their head (not literally) will get chopped off if they don’t get results. So save your scalpel and $$’s and find the best surgeon around who operates on a building material table instead.
