The first sign that I’m not feeling 100% is the feeling of lethargic where I could be satisfied sitting in one place all day long staring at the walls. Of course I’ll start moving around but the inner zombie effect will set in and I’ll just go through the motions. It’s not horrible to once in a blue moon to feel this way because it forces you to slow down for G-D willing recovery. Hopefully this Blue Moon will be passing shortly and I’ll be back to myself but until then ughhh.
