Charlie Sheen is being investigated for a possible criminal act but no matter what the crime the man is literally insane. If you even have an ounce of doubt I ask you to look at the pictures above and note, surely any 1/2 sane male would have been satisfied with having these beauties in your life but when your sick this isn’t enough. Therefore I ask that the court confine Mr. Sheen in a mental health facility until he can understand the error of his previous ways and regain some sense of his senses especially eyesight.
