I thought I would be going through another day running around and around but my stomach told me to slow down. Once the initially pains that Gas-X and a few prayers helped solve I started my day my gear box but couldn’t get past 1st gear so I might as well enjoy the view at a slower pace. Today I tried to soak the experiences in a bit deeper and reflect a bit more on the roses that I often pass along my path. It’s hard feeling sick but if you use that experience for the short term the right way it gives you a new perspective that you wouldn’t have had any other way.
