Sometimes it’s best to be a man and not admit you’re sorry. There are certain people who will use this apology to pounce on you and belittle you as a person. Yesterday for example when I apologized to a customer they said and I quote “that’s not good enough”. What did he want me to chop off my arm or next of kin? I know this goes against all my biblical and psychological training but saying sorry to ***holes really doesn’t make sense. These individuals are like vampires and once they spot an opening will go right for the blood. If you find such an individual who won’t accept your apology then I suggest you tell him/her what you plan for the futures is and if that’s not good enough let them find a different victim.
