PROBLEM: Benghazi SOLUTION: Defend our people and insure that those who would bring harm suffer immediate consequences.
1. Develop an immediate strike force to respond to any attack on our citizens or embassy.
2. Develop intelligence of our enemies so that we are prepared to launch such an immediate attack if necessary.
3. Provide various escape for any American personal that might be under attack.
4. Make sure that the enemy knows that the penalty for such an attack will be severe and quick.
