Am I the only one who feels there needs to be a different punishment for those who commit white collar crimes against the state than those who commit violent crimes against individuals? Should a person have to spend the rest of their life behind bars because they didn’t take care of the governments needs while someone who committed a felony crime against another later writes about in a million dollar song?  Sure people should be convicted and sent away for fraudelent acts against the government but those who have committed felony acts against it’s citizens should have those bars slammed longer. Paul Manafort is not a victim but the way “his” government has political gone against him sure makes me feel as if he is one.

I don’t care how many have rejected you I will always accept you.  Even if your biggest plan falls on deaf ears I will be there to listen. It doesn’t mean I understand a word you’re saying but still empathisize with your feelings. I don’t care if you can’t make plans for the night my plans will always stay open. The stars might have have come crashing down but you’ll always be a star in my eyes.  There is no need to change a thing even your old socks when you’re around me.  You don’t have to the most popular cat a matter fact I hate cats. For I will truly be there for richer or poorer, good times as well as bad and no ring is needed just a bone and a belly rub.

I’ve been rejected and I’m not actually sure how to feel.  Yes in my single years I was rejected by many of the opposite sex … well maybe not many but trust me enough.  I was also rejected many and I mean many a time with new business or film ideas. I’ve even been rejected by a college or two.  Yet I’ve never been rejected for volunteering with an organization that would have cost me time and $$’s to get involved until last night.  I was rejected because they felt I didn’t have enough facilation experience to lead this group even though I facilated probably a 100 groups in the past including a successful business. This group “purpose” is to make individuals become “better people” and I don’t feel being rejected by them helps in such a cause. Although in the end there is only one judge who will decide and I hope I  will act with pride and humility as I believe I was accepted by this most important vote.

If you want your party to win all the way through you have to start at the top of the ticket.  You need an individual who even if the odds are poor will stick their neck out and get the base excited with some meat whether it’s red or even well done.  For if the citizens aren’t excited enough to get out for the top of the ticket you can rest assured they want get out for those offices at ground level. Winning may not be essential but trying definetly is. Here are some basic ground rules for any such run.

(1) GET OUT THERE- Make sure the base knows you exist for those who attend congregations to those who work with the needy. That means visiting as many Church’s, Synagogues and Mosques before any vote is taken. It also means not only shaking hands at the food pantry but lending a helping hand.

(2) GET OUT THERE- Don’t wait for the media to come to you go to them with bold exciting ideas that make people (especially your base) want to vote for you even if you’re a 100- 1.

(3) GET OUT THERE- Campaign with as many candidates on your team as possible. Helping them will help you as well.

(4) GET OUT THERE- Walk where it’s uncomfortable as well as places that might require you to wear special boots.

(5)  GET OUT THERE- If there are supporters seeking to get involved find a place for them to feel comfortable seating. It’s hard enough to find those who truly care don’t scare them away with long lines or attitude.

Yesterday was as productive day as I’ve had in years.  Here are some of the achievements below that I’m jumping for joy on. G-D willing this streak will continue today!

(1) Over the 3,500 people had watched our latest video. Today it’s over 4000

(2) My newest product design for Minty Clean Bud Rebel Products has been approved on BUDREBELPRODUCTS.NET

(3)  Our out of this world T-Shirt design is also ready to go to the Printers.

(4) I sold one of my top customers a product I never thought they would put on their shelves.

(5) Distribution of one of my other products has gone smoother then expected

(6) A loved one who appeared gloomy is now happy again.

(7)  What appeared to be an extremely rude and hurtful comment was meant for another.

One thing we should all learn from “Special Investigator/Prosecutors” from anyside is there should be limits to their power and monies. Or in common sense terms in the future Congress will probably pass another special person to investigate another administration and whether you will be for or against the selection I hope we can agree on these limits (below).

(1) QUARTERLY REPORTS- The Special Investigator/Prosecutor should have to produce quarterly reports that generally review what she/he has uncovered.

(2) MONEY & TIME LIMITS- Special Prosecutor/Investigators should be given no more then a year to  come up with their results of said investigation. If they feel they still need more time this would then have to be approved by the Congress a month or so in advance. Monies for said investigation should be limited to certain amount as well and if additional monies are needed should have to be approved by the Congress.

(3) TARGET- This investigation should have limits of where it can go to uncover information and not being looking under rocks that involve petty issues years ago or look at moon rocks just to get someone on earth.

(4) CONGRESSIONAL REVIEW- A bipartisan committee should be formed and meet in secret to discuss special counsel work on a more regular basis and have the power to stop the investigator when they might be going out of bounds of their investigation powers.

(5) SPECIAL COUNSEL EMPLOYEES- The special counsel must have a “fair representation” of the different political views working on the facts of the case not be tilted over the top by one view point. For example at least 1/3 of the investigators should be from the opposing side.

Eggs can take on the taste of whatever you put in them more then any other food group and that’s what makes them so awesome! Yet to make the flavor you add to them be in every bite it is best to scramble them as the flavor (spice, cheese, meat) is added to it. If you instead have an omlete there will be areas where you flavors just don’t hit and that would literally miss the point.  Eggs also give you a fresh fluffy feeling again if they are in scrambled variety that can’t be duplicated with another food group at least in it’s original form. Eggs something worth eating and writing about.

Do you fall into the entire work (music, film etc) or do some of the pieces leave you hanging? I guess it depends if you notice the water is 1/2 full in one scene and full in the next ? Once someone is pulled into the story though it’s hard for them to be pulled out even if certain elements don’t exactly belong except if “you’re an expert”. An expert, who notices all the miscues that others may not fully see through. For example poor lighting color correction or coverage may not be something that the actual viewer is able to describe but can still pull the pieces apart. Sometimes the expert though misses the big picture as they continue to look at the glass of water. In the end there is no right or wrong view just whether you look for pieces or the entire body.

Cloudy days are awesome! These are the days you don’t have to feel bad about not spending time outside and still don’t mind the walk since you won’t end up wet or burnt.  They allow one to be most productive with their schedules without worrying about daylight savings. How much easier is it to clean the room, binge watch or show or file those folders that continue to pile up when the sun is not in your way?  I’m not saying that a little sun shouldn’t peak through but the clouds hold their own magic that helps get things done and that can brighten anyone’s day.
