Disneyfied

I’ve been “Disneyfied” = falling in love with Disney World all over again. I thought that I would have grown tired of the whole experience but instead felt a new revival. Epicot, Animal Kingdom and Disney Hollywood Studios can truly be enjoyed by people of all ages while Magic Kingdom still brings magic to the heart although many of the rides might be a bit passé. It is not just the rides but the food, beautiful scenario and the attitude of people who work in this world. “Disney World” is a world unlike any other that can be enjoyed by all regardless of age, race or previous attitude. You will become Disneyfied no matter if it’s just “another vacation” or after winning the “Super Bowl” Disney World is the place to be.

When people say Happy Birthday to me today they will ask me how old am I now? My answer is simple 21 plus. It’s not that I’m hiding my age but that I still feel like I’m 21 in heart, mind & soul. The body might be getting a bit older but I refuse to let the other parts go in that diretion. I’m mature enough to have a drink or two at the bar but not enough to still make a fool out of myself (at least according to other members of the family) and have a good time. I’ve always considered myself responsible member of the society at any age so that hasn’t changed no matter how many years I’ve been on this earth. Though age might bring new wisdom and a few more gray hairs and lines. Those lines and hair can be changed and my curousity for new information and curious nature will continue to (G-D willing) keep me young.

Sinai Peace Expansion

If Egypt was to build “A Resort of Peace” in the Sinai then the beginning of true peace between the various neighbors could begin. This resort would be built with the help of Palestanians and Israel’s and would feature interfaith discussions on various topics in an honest and respectfully way. There of course would be all the ammenities of a modern resort and with a bit of the “Disney Touch”, so families from all walks of life could enjoy themselves. By living, working, learning, praying and prospering together the steps toward peace would truly begin and even if those steps lead to a wall by the leaders, those who lived within that wall would at least achieve that goal there.

Game shows result in either someone winning or walking away with nothing but with “LOSE OR WIN” the participant can actually lose and they can continue to lose until they walk off the show. They may not lose $$’s but will have to do or reveal something about themselves that they never did before. “LOSE OR WIN” is the only game show that people will desire to be on and similarly desire to get off.

Chocolate Snob

I’m usually a down to earth person but when it comes to “Fine Chocolate”, I’m a snob. Any chocolate that has an ounce of milk will not touch this palate. I will not allow any Hershey (except Extra dark) or Cadbury near my children. They aren’t even allowed to play with the wrapper. It is easy to be a Chocolate Snob for the most expensive bar you’ll encounter will be no more then $10 while a good bottle of wine can be ten times that price. One bar of fine chocolate can be eaten over a week or even longer so your indulgence can cost you less then a “Starbucks Coffee”. My snobbery is now not permitting to eat a bar less then 70 % cocoa except if there are Raspberries involved. There is rarely a day I will go without a piece near or in my body. I’m able to deal with losing many possessions in my life but I will give up fine chocolate when they peel my cold dead hands from it.

Computer in charge

If you haven’t noticed the last few blog posts have been controlled by my computers brain and not mine. Of course I direct the words on the blog but how it looks depends on the mood of this annoying computer. I bettter be careful about writing this forwho knows I might be getting it ANGRY with me and the punctatioN might be all over the place. I’d like to wash this computer out with soap and tell him/her who is the boss but then I think ….. would appear. So until I get this corrected if you see more grammaticaL errors in the near future you’ll truly know who’s truly responsible. Hey, it’s better then blaming the dog.

Gay Is Easier

I’m not recommending this lifestyle but in today’s environment being gay is easier. I understand that many friends and family will not accept this move but they will be the ones rejected by today’s societal norms. When people say be a man and have that extra drink, hot pepper or work under strenuous situations being gay is the perfect excuse to get out of it. It also gives you the opportunity to be a jerk and when people respond you can just claim their “anti-gay” and sympathy will flow your way. Openly gay people are actually the ones that appear to get some of the most desirable positions whether it be a fashion designer, actor, interior designer etc. Those who practice the gay lifestyle also have better finances then those that don’t since children can’t be produced out of this type of relationship. Gay people can be more open with their actions and not be rejected by others even in public parades. It is amazing that with all these benefits most of us still choose the heterosexual lifestyle. I guess when it comes down to it sometimes the harder root has benefits that continue through a persons lifetime and beyond.
