Exciting Teacher Bored Student 3

Let’s face it no matter how exciting the subject matter might be to you it could still be boring for those that are “listening”. You can sing, dance or even juggle a few balls but it still doesn’t guarantee an attentive ear in a classroom of student’s that live past the moments, in a world where instant gratification can come  at the push of a button.

Exciting Teacher 3

So I’ve regained a new respect for those in this profession who try to install some knowledge in the minds of some of our youth who have changed the channel or who have been unwilling to even click it on. Keep up the good works you never know when your program will finally be watched.

Vegetarian Nirvana-Restaurant Investment

Hiltl Restaurant Hiltl 3Hiltl 2

If you died and went to “Vegetarian Heaven” there definitely would be a Hiltl located in the zone. For this restaurant has every type of dish a vegetarian and one wanting to be for a meal could ever dream of.  Hiltl is one of the oldest Vegetarian restaurants in the world but it’s food tastes fresh and delicious.  Located in Zurich, Sweden it might be worth the trip just to visit this alternative restaurant yet there is a push to bring it to the states with an investment company called Tidbits. Nobody can tell whether this investment or any other investment will pay off but if those in charge duplicate there success in Zurich the world will be a bit more green in more ways then one.

How to make me HATE a Movie

black & white

If you want me to hate a movie just go with these basics (below) and I’ll be running for the exit.

(1) Black/White Characters- Not to sound snobbish but people have depth that is far from being a good or bad person.

(2) Unrealistic Dialogue- Words that aren’t spoken in the real world shouldn’t be words used in a film.

(3) Formula Films- That follow a predictable plot line which were basically written in your head after the 1st scene.

Dr Jekyll & Mr. Hyde-IN MIRROR

Dr Jekyll Mr Hyde

FRIGHTENING BUT TRUE

Even the most peaceful person can turn into a Mr. Hyde as night crawls upon us. For a sudden and loud disturbance from our restful night sleep can turn anyone into a monster. Maybe some will just growl inside but eventually if the noise continues the transformation will be in full effect.  Be wary for just when we are at our most peaceful moment the monster can come alive in an instant (maybe an hour or so) and the effects will terrify those we encounter long past the end of their babbling mouths subside.

You’re Religious

Faith

I’m in the midst of the holy city of Jerusalem and still believe that you are religious depending on how you treat other people and your own effort to be closer to G-D. Individuals who claim they are religious and look down at G-D’s other creations are  losing on one of the key aspects of faith. This may not be the traditionally path of such faith which leads to the correct avenue but you are just taking a different route. Maybe your route has more bumps on one end then theirs but it can smoother in some places as well.  So if others want to define you as less traditional that’s fine but don’t let them tell you’re less religious for know one has a one way phone.

Evil Vegetables

Evil Vegetables

BE AFRAID! BE VERY AFRAID!

My mother always told me to eat my vegetables but some are just evil. Take a look, actually a taste of Asparagus to understand how this could be true. This perfectly green vegetable may appear to be healthy that is until you visit the lavatory.  It leaves a smell that definitely isn’t healthy to you or anyone who visits the bathroom.  It is true though that Asparagus and other vegetables have their good side which weigh out any of their negative consequences but that evil still must be noted and feared especially when a visit to the bathroom occurs.

Jerusalem Heart & Soul

Jerusalem

Today my heart and soul will belong to Jerusalem as I walk the holiest city in the world. I’ve been here c. 18 years ago and I wonder if my footsteps will feel the same or a bit different as my loved one’s walk these steps a bit wiser and older with me.  G-D willing we will add some new steps to our faith journey.

Bands Obsessed With

Groupie 1

There was a time when I was obsessed with certain musical groups not to the point of groupie love but that I “had to see or hear them” but I’m afraid that time has passed. For today I’m not sure if there is any group which has built that loyalty in my heart or soul and I wonder if that’s a good or bad thing? It was truly fun while it lasted and maybe just maybe the time will come again. Yet for now here are some groups (below) which made up such a big part of my previous life some I’m more proud of then others.

(1) Styx

(2) Van Halen

(3) Eddie Money

(4) Rick Springfield

(5) Loverboy

(6) Cheap Trick

(7) Matchbox 20

(8) My Chemical Romance

Stranger- Be who you want to be.

Sitting in Taxi Cab 1  talking to a stranger

As I sat in a taxi cab last night I realized the truth could be thrown out the window till my next ride. For when we are with strangers the sky is the limit on who or what we want to be. Unless the stranger is on Google they probably won’t find the truth about you until you left the scene. It’s probably not the ethically thing to do but I wonder how many strangers have told me their stories of a different life or time.  Who you are in the moment maybe just who someone wants to be then instead of who they truly are?

Gianforte Pushing A Reporter- Good P.R In Montana

Posted by Bruce - in Blog - No Comments

Greg Gianforte

It might actually be better politics then expected in Montana when taking on a reporter literally and physically. Let’s face it annoying reporters are loved by the public as much as tax auditors and who wouldn’t love to give them a little push. Greg Gianforte might have pushed the line in states such as New York but in Montana a little push back might be just what the people in Montana want from their representatives. The trust factor has left the press room and until it’s brought back that the  media can be fair and balanced some in the public might want to kick them out as well.  I’m not saying it’s the right response but some times being right may not be as effective in the political world as we might think it would or should be. For now the press might want to be a bit more on their toes just in case it’s time for them to leave the scene.
