Ellen Degeneres is a Bud.  I’ve written much about being a reBel part but the Bud is a significant part of the equation as well. Ellen fits that profile because she believes in being a decent person to everyone even those you have strong differences with.  The truth is why shouldn’t you try and find common ground with those who see things differently with you instead of always looking for ways to continue the divide. This doesn’t mean one should trade in their rebeL  colors to fit in but notice the other colors you’re naturally wearing together as well.
