Hidden

I always blamed someone else even though the evidence was clearly seen in the background. This person was the one who spoke but you basically pulled the strings. Maybe I didn’t want to believe the words were coming out of your mouth because we were so close at least in distance or maybe it just seemed beneath the person I wanted to believe you were. The funny thing is I would continue to believe the lie if not for that person who passed away from our lives.  The truth is not only hard to take but to learn who it’s taken from.
