It’s the best of both world Therapist/Trainer. For, unlike sitting in a chair taking notes you’re working out the anxiety and stress of the day. Therapist/Trainer will work with your mind and body providing you notes by recording the thoughts you communicate while allowing you to still get physical… with weights of course. One doesn’t have to feel intimidated going to a therapist’s office as his/her gym will do. Therapist/Trainer finally a source that will be good for your body and mind at the same time.
