F….’n Insane

While they see it as just a bit of insanity we who have to deal with day in and day out know it as F…’n Ivnsane. Those in the “professional class” have sessions that last an hour at the most but ours go on hour after hour with often no break in between. Those who help individuals with their conditions receive payment at the end of their session while we witness it directly receive just the pain.  Yes, we understand a loved one is going through something and we must be patient and understanding. Yet here are some of the pieces (below) we carry in our broken mirrors that help to spell out  F…n INSANE !!

1. Projection- The camera is always pointed in our direction even though they are the only acting.
2. Perseverating-  The broken record doesn’t stop it only increases in volume over time.
3. Toxicity- A relationship can be full of Chernobyl when incidents occur.
4.  Omlet- The eggshells continue to crack you might as well try to make one.
