Metamucil Years

Yes, I have a few more gray hairs and the parts are moving a bit slower than they used to put the proof is in the Metamucil.  The times they are a-changing for me I just hope nobody has to change an undergarment for me for many, many…. forget any year to come.  The “Metamucil” years have arrived and I’m going to make the best of them even if I need a cane to get there.

FOOTNOTE- Is Metamucil one word or two Meta Mucil ?
