Let’s face it we all have triggers that cause us to lose part of our “normal self”. We not only should work on lowering the explosions but understand when and where they might occur For me, it’s usually not what is said at that moment but what was said before as there is much pushed under my rug (next blog piece). It also is the time of day, how much caffeine has been absorbed or is lacking, and whether the body already is in a fight stage. The key is to study when “you’ve lost it” and what was that piece that finally let your mind smash into that fan along with the time/bodily functions that caused such an explosion. For in the end, you want to be in control of your own body not let others light your fuse.
