Doctors prescribe 13 cups of water a day which in my glass is quite a lot how about a few substitutes instead? For example, can’t one eat a few slices of watermelon which is full of a more delicious H20. Let’s face it almost everything has some water in it even a cactus so can’t they count a little on that scale? In summary, can we conclude 8 cups of full plain water and 7 cups of water from sources other then a bottle?
