Paranoid?

Am I paranoid when you know exactly where I was and when all the time? Is it paranoia when I worry that my searches in life are all about the footprints I left behind in the past?  I wonder if every basic step I take in any metropolitan area is scanned by some camera or, a satellite that you would say I still shouldn’t be “paranoid”?  There is hardly a moment when I can’t be watched so tell me then why shouldn’t I be afraid that “Google” is watching me!
