Putin Carrot & Stick

Putin is playing a bloody deadly game in which it appears the sticks won’t end unless it’s to his head but maybe a carrot will? He doesn’t appear willing to stop this sick game of conquest even as players are being blown to pieces. Therefore there must be some dangling carrot that causes his stop or the start of a game on his territory. Maybe there will be a sudden nationwide strike in protest of this war on his shores that could spread a new type of revolutionary change in Moscow.  Yet without the new game started the world must consider some carrots to stop this massacre of the innocent. These carrots are hard to digest but they may be the only way to stop bloodshed now!

(1) Agree to recognize Crimea as  Russian territory and its borders thereof.

(2) Allow joint access to the Black Sea for Russia and Ukraine.

(3) Work towards a joint effort to produce and share natural gas exploration in Ukraine.

(4) Ukraine promises not to ask to join NATO for 10 years
