Ukraine- Nuclear Nation

The attack on Ukraine proves that every “civilized” country should have at least a few nuclear weapons for their common defense against an invasion. These weapons would be mobile and controlled by an outside source as “NATO alliance” unless such an invasion actually occurred. Then the nation fighting off such an attack would have these available to use against an invading army.  Nuclear Weapons should always be the last line of defense that is why when your very survival is at stake than that defense should offensively be available.
