Covid did much damage to our mental health, especially one treatment that appears to work on all parameters eating out. I have to hand it to my father that taught me there is something”special” about getting out of the house and eating out. His meals might be longer than is helpful to my therapy session but getting out of the house lets the world unwind a bit. This lowers the pressure you feel stuck in a house. Plus even at some of the more “pricey” restaurants, it’s still less expensive than your standard therapy session. Eating out therapy that tastes delicious at least in the conversation department.
